I want your experience with Wildflower Soul Jewellery to feel easy and straightforward from start to finish. Here’s how payment and delivery work:

Payments

I accept all major debit and credit cards through Stripe a secure, encrypted checkout method. Your details are never shared or stored by me — everything is handled safely through Stripe.

Shipping

For orders £75 and over, delivery costs are included. For orders under £75 delivery cost will be £4.95 both using  Royal Mail Tracked 24. 

I post ready-made pieces within 2–3 working days of your order being placed. For bespoke or made-to-order designs, please allow 4–6 weeks for creation before dispatch — handmade jewellery takes time to do properly, and I want every piece to be perfect. All orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery in transit, and sent via a tracked UK service. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on Royal Mail and seasonal demand.

International Orders

Currently I do not offer international shipping.
